The program is statically linked (as it requires libpcap and libnsl),
sstripped and compressed with upx.

It installs in /usr/bin.

No pre-*.ini or post-*.ini script required, unless you want to move
things to other directories (repackaging might be cheeper).

Usage: both in the program itself (run 'tcpdump -h' at the prompt and
hit RETURN), in tcpdump.8.txt and in README.orig.
