halt, reboot, poweroff are part of the Debian (potato) package sysvinit
(version 2.78-4). reboot and poweroff are just symlinks to halt.

The program is stripped and compressed with upx.

It installs in /usr/bin.

No pre-*.ini or post-*.ini script required, unless you want to move
it to some other directory.

Usage: both in the program itself (write 'halt --help' at the prompt
and hit RETURN) and on the man page halt.8.txt.
